About our journey:
Started with a leap of faith...
Chef Huguette spent more than twenty years in corporate IT Sales. One day in 2019, she realized her passion of cooking was not being acted upon.
She reflected on years of making successful teams, meeting quotas, and building professional relationships and knew that niggling feeling in the back of her mind would never go away-- unless she took action. And so, she began J&M from her kitchen and each year built a bigger team to continue to elevate. With word of moth being her main source of referrals, God paved her path to the multi-faceted catering company she heads today.

Come into our brick and mortar location Monday to Friday from 11am-3pm to give your tastebuds a party on your lunch break!
No reservations needed. Dine in or take out. Also available on UberEats, Grubhub, and DoorDash.
We personalize your menus to your taste for any event in mind! This service includes a consultation call, private group tasting, and full event service.

Festivals and Special Events
Just want our food truck? No problem! Our mobile kitchen service is available for booking and we'll cook completely on site!
Included with "Event Catering" option as we cook all food prior to food service at location.
Otherwise, contact us to book or catch us at an event in the DFW area!
Music festival? Cultural festival? Community block party? We can definitely help you there.
